1. Use Task Scheduler
1. Click on Cortana search bar in your Windows 10 Taskbar, type in Task Scheduler,

2. Click on the Task Scheduler library button to activate the drop-down menu.
3. Right-click on the Microsoft365.com/setup folder, and select Delete.
4. Re-try installing Microsoft365.com/setup.
2. Troubleshoot using Windows Store
1. Press Windows key + X, and choose Settings.
2. Choose Update & Security from the menu.
3. Select Troubleshooting, and then scroll down to the Windows Store Apps, and click on it to run the troubleshooter.
4. Restart your PC and retry installing Microsoft365.com/setup.

1. Press Windows Key + R keys on your keyboard, and type in %programdata% then press Enter.

4. Inside the Registry Editor, navigate to the following key and delete it if it exists:
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Schedule\TaskCache\Tree\Microsoft\Office
5. Retry installing Microsoft365.com/setup like you normally would.
